Nikki and Billy adjust to long-distance relationship

Almost a month after her boyfriend Billy Crawford flew to France to revive his music career in Europe, singer-actress Nikki Gil shared that their relationship remains strong despite the ‘long-distance.’

According to Nikki, she and Billy have somehow begun to adjust in the new setup. Although it is not easy, considering the time difference and their hectic schedules, both of them exert effort to take care of their relationship while they are working hard to succeed in their respective careers. “Billy and I are okay. Yes, it’s hard to be away from each other but we make sure that we keep in touch everyday either through phone calls or Skype,” she said.

Nikki further revealed that her solid family is a big factor with her adjustment to the long-distance love affair that she and Billy have. “I’m blessed to have a complete family. We get to help one another emotionally and spiritually by knowing what to pray for each other,” she said.

Meanwhile, Nikki is a regular cast in the top-caliber afternoon drama Mundo Man Ay Magunaw  playing a villain alongside veteran actors in the Philippine showbiz industry and is currently starring in several theatrical plays.

INFINITE wins in Inkigayo

Power group INFINITE made it again and won in the recent episode of Inkigayo. The boys' comeback song The Chaser is already gaining much popularity and is receiving tremendous love and support from fans and loyal Inspirits worldwide.

I can't write anything else more. Obviously, I LOVE these boys and I am happy that they're finally on their way to the top. Hardworking people really soar high. Congratulations again, Infinite and Inspirits. Check out their performance and winning speech below.

[MV] Wonder Girls - Like This

The beautiful ladies of the Wonder Girls have finally returned with a mini-album entitled Wonder Party. Along with it, they also released the full music video for their title track Like This. 

The music video was major production with approximately 300 people, 112 days of planning, 500 crew members,  special equipment with cameras attached to a flying drone, and more. The video also shows the lovely girls' youthful glow as they are seen in less makeups and overwhelming outfits, adding to an outdoor flashmob concept. Everything  was arranged to look spontaneous and crazy, as if the cameraman accidentally stumbled into a block party in the middle of the town and decided to shoot it all. It is fun and wild, completely shows the Wonder Party concept. And I personally love the song's pop yet crank melody.

Soyu on SISTAR's sexy choreography and outfits

SISTAR‘s power vocal and bagel girl Soyu revealed her thoughts on her group’s revealing stage outfits and choreography on Mnet‘s Beatles Code 2.

Soyu, who got featured as a guest alongside fellow member and leader Hyorin, revealed she was saddened by negative comments concerning her group’s sexy stage attire and choreography. The songstress said, “Even though other girl groups wear hot pants, people say they’re too revealing if we wear them. But I just think of it as a positive thing, maybe because we have healthy bodies.”

She added, “I hate wearing short and revealing costumes. Because they’re not only uncomfortable when we’re dancing, but when we perform, there are people who take pictures from below and even people who touch us inappropriately with their hands.”

The group also opened up about their sexy tail dance for So Cool that had received much attention. The mentioned dance choreography in the music video gained much love from the group’s male fans. However, the group exchanged the original move in order to avoid stirring up negative attention for being too sexual.

Soyu again shared, “Our So Cool tail dance uses the pelvis and is a choreography that emphasizes sexual appeal.” Hyorin added, “It was a bit explicit.“

As a special treat, the two showcased a little bit of the tail dance on the show, captivating the full attention of the studio.

INFINITE wins K-Chart

And June started with a bang, for Inspirits and of course, for INFINITE. The power group won this week in Music Bank’s K-Chart with The Chaser in a face-off against diva Baek Ji Young's Good Boy.

After the touching and teary moment, the group took a photo in celebration of their win. Woohyun tweeted, “ I wanted to mention everyone who supported and gave interest to Infinite. But because I’m suddenly thinking back of all the times I spent with the members and Inspirits I can’t even talk..ㅜㅜ Thank you so so much, I love everyone who gave love to Infinite!!"

He later added, “Rather than running for the top, Infinite will run effortly. We'll sing until our throats are sore!”

The boys of INFINITE were so touched by their win that they were seen shedding tears after the announcement. They definitely still look overwhelmed with emotion in the photo taken backstage at the music program.

Rainie Yang dating Modi?

Taiwanese singer-actress Rainie Yang is rumoured to be dating Modi of Taiwanese bo-band JPM after the lad was spotted staying over at Rainie's place.

The twenty-seven-year-old songstress once expressed that she will not date anyone who is more than five years her junior. However, on April 20, she was spotted heading back home with 21-year-old Modi. He reportedly drove her home in his white car, and the pair stayed in the singer's house until the next afternoon.

Responding to the rumours, Rainie expressed through her manager that "he is not my cup of tea, and neither am I his type." She then cleared the air by saying that she had a group of friends over at her house that night. Modi had also revealed that it was not him who drove the car, and claimed that he is "just friends with Rainie".

Meanwhile, Modi's elder brother, JPM member Prince, had on many occasions confessed that Rainie is his ideal girlfriend and views her as his goddess.
